Paid search: a plan you know in advance, not one you find out from the invoice

We run ad accounts on a plan with a clear scope: how many accounts, how many campaigns, what the placement review covers. The click budget stays yours and is paid directly into the account — our invoice covers the work only.

Plan fixed in advanceBudget separate from the feeFrom one account to a dedicated analyst

Why the ad bill keeps growing with nothing to explain it

The invoice arrives as one monthly figure, and clicks, agency work and everything unexplained end up mixed into it.

Budget and fee are one line

The invoice does not show how much went to clicks and how much to management. There is nobody to ask — both are folded into one number.

The scope was never written down

It was agreed verbally, and three months later “management” turns out to have been one account with no placement review at all.

A bigger budget does not buy more attention

The account grew to three placements, and the same person reviews it the same way they did one account six months ago.

What is included in each plan

Three plans, fixed by scope in advance — not negotiated as the work goes.

  • Start plan — 1 ad account, up to 3 campaigns
  • Growth plan — up to 3 ad accounts, click-fraud protection, lead-to-telephony reconciliation
  • Maximum plan — unlimited accounts, a custom strategy, a dedicated analyst; billed as a percentage of budget

What we do not do

  • We do not control the ad budget — it is paid by you directly into the account and never passes through our invoice.
  • Multi-region setup, link-building budgets and paid placements are billed separately, by agreement — not included in the plan by default.

What stays with you

Campaigns in your own ad account — access and data stay yours.

A plan with a fixed scope: clear what is in the price and what is billed separately.

A breakdown by account, placement and lead — not one overall “spend / leads” figure.

How it works

1

We review the account

What is already set up: campaigns, placements, bids, and the link to your CRM or telephony

2

We size the plan

We match a plan to the number of accounts and campaigns, and fix the scope before starting

3

We manage and report

Campaign changes and a placement review, matching the chosen plan

How this differs from the role subscription

There is an AI ad manager on this site as well — a subscription at 20,000 ₽/mo, three times cheaper than this service. The difference is not the tooling: the tooling is the same. The role is an instrument that prepares, calculates and suggests, but you make the decisions and press the buttons, and it does not take on anything non-standard. The service is the same instrument operated by our person: they are accountable for the outcome under contract, handle the unusual cases, explain why the numbers look the way they do, and decide. You pay for a person and for accountability, not for a second instrument. If you know ads and are happy to run them yourself, take the role — it is honestly cheaper.

FAQ

One ad account and up to three campaigns in it — the scope is fixed by the plan, with no extra charge for management within that volume.
You do, directly into the ad account. That money is separate: it is not part of the management fee and never passes through our invoice.
Move up to the next plan, or to Maximum, which has no cap on the number of accounts and is billed as a percentage of budget instead.
Yes — the plan changes along with the volume; fixing the scope does not lock you into one plan forever.
