AI Copywriter: on-brand copy without a pause

It writes articles, product cards, posts, newsletters, and proposals — in your brand's tone of voice, not 'like an AI'. It learns from your best texts and the facts about your product, so it doesn't invent specs or pad with filler.

  • Your tone of voice
  • No invented facts
  • Five languages

Why content keeps stalling

You need copy every day, and there's either no one to write it or it costs too much.

Why content keeps stalling
ХарактеристикаЗначение
A copywriter at volume is expensiveA good article from a writer costs 3,000–10,000 ₽, a product card from 500 ₽. With a thousand-item catalog and a blog, that's hundreds of thousands a year.
ChatGPT writes 'blandly'A raw AI doesn't know your product, your style, or your no-go list. What comes out is smooth filler with invented specs that gets rewritten anyway.
Content comes out in fits and startsA month of writing, three months of silence. Search engines and subscribers love consistency, and there's no consistency without a system.

Tasks

What the AI Copywriter does

We load your best texts, the facts about your product, your brand glossary, and your banned phrasings — then it writes like your in-house author.

  • Writes blog articles to a content plan: structure, facts, your style
  • Fills product cards from specs — by the thousand, with no copy-paste between them
  • Prepares social and Telegram posts tailored to each platform's format
  • Writes email newsletters and commercial proposals from your templates
  • Rewrites and trims existing texts, stripping out bureaucratic jargon
  • Translates content into English, German, French, and Chinese while preserving the meaning

Guided launch

The first months — with a dedicated manager

The AI is not launched “as is” and left unattended. For the first 1–3 months a dedicated manager runs your process: tunes the system to you, checks every result and fixes mistakes — while the AI learns on your real data in parallel. Nothing goes live without a human in control.

The first months — with a dedicated manager
ХарактеристикаЗначение
1–3 monthsDedicated managerA dedicated specialist runs your process by hand together with the AI: tunes it to your documents and rules, checks every result, corrects mistakes. The system learns on your data.
Decision pointAutopilot or ongoing supportOnce quality is stable, you decide: move the process to autopilot (cheaper, the AI works on its own, the manager on standby) or keep permanent support.
BeyondOngoing oversight, if you want itFor critical processes — primary documents, paid ads, contracts — many keep the manager for good: they backstop it, develop scenarios and own the result.

This removes the main fear of automation — “what if it makes a mistake”. Until the AI has proven its accuracy on your tasks, a human is accountable for the result. We agree the format and cost of support around your process.

Where your data is stored

Drafts, product facts, and marketing plans are commercial information. The AI Copywriter can run entirely on a local model inside your perimeter. When a complex long-read calls for a top-tier cloud model, internal figures, plans, and names are stripped from the request first — through a double loop: rules plus a check by the local model.

FAQ

Won't the copy look 'AI-written'?

Not once the system is tuned. We train it on your best texts, set your brand glossary and a list of banned clichés, and every piece is checked for filler and stock phrases before delivery. That tuning is exactly what sets it apart from 'just ChatGPT'.

Won't search engines penalize the site for AI copy?

Yandex and Google judge a text by its usefulness, not by how it was made. What gets penalized is meaningless generated junk. Copy with facts, structure, and value ranks fine — and we additionally check for uniqueness and substance.

Won't it invent product specs?

That's exactly what loading the facts is for: the copywriter writes only from your database of specs and case studies. If a detail is missing, it leaves a placeholder rather than making something up. That rule is hard-wired into the setup.

Can it write in several languages at once?

Yes — Russian, English, German, French, and Chinese are supported out of the box. Translation is adapted for meaning, not word for word. Other languages we can discuss during the pilot.

Who reviews the copy before it's published?

However you set it up: either every piece goes to your editor for approval, or the routine ones (cards, posts) publish automatically while articles go through a human. We recommend starting with manual review and easing it as trust grows.
