Consent to personal data processing

1. Controller

Consent is given to Modern Recuperation Technologies LLC (STR LLC), INN 5012111392, OGRN 1235000137624, address: Office 7, 1 Yuzhnaya St., Kuchino microdistrict, Balashikha, Moscow Region, 143981, Russia, email: info@stitex.com (the "Controller").

It is given by a visitor of stitex.ru, stitex.com and pulse.stitex.com who ticks the box under a form and submits it. It is specific, informed and deliberate (Article 9 of 152-FZ).

2. Purposes

• to answer your enquiry and correspond about it;
• to prepare a quote or proposal;
• to create and maintain an account in the Pulse service (if you register);
• to run a site check and send you its result (if you asked for the detailed findings);
• to conclude and perform a contract, if one is concluded.

No marketing mailings are sent unless you ask for them.

3. Data processed

• your name as you wrote it;
• your email address;
• your phone number, if you left one;
• the selected area and the text of your message; the address of the site being checked, for the site check;
• the IP address the form was sent from and the address of the page you were on.

Special categories and biometric data are not processed.

4. Processors

Visit data (including recording of on-page activity — Webvisor) is processed on our instruction by Yandex LLC (OOO YANDEKS), the operator of Yandex.Metrica. This happens only if you separately press "Accept" on the cookie banner.

Data is not passed to other third parties except where the law expressly requires. No cross-border transfer takes place.

5. Actions with the data

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, use, transfer to the person named in section 4, depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction — by automated means and without them. The data is recorded and stored in a database located in the Russian Federation.

6. Duration and withdrawal

The consent lasts while your enquiry is being handled and no longer than three years from receipt; if a contract is concluded — until the obligations are performed and the statutory document retention periods expire.

You may withdraw consent at any time without giving reasons: write to info@stitex.com or to Office 7, 1 Yuzhnaya St., Kuchino microdistrict, Balashikha, Moscow Region, 143981, Russia. After receiving the withdrawal we stop processing and delete the data within thirty days, except what the law requires us to keep. Withdrawal does not make earlier processing unlawful.

To withdraw consent to analytics cookies, use the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer and choose "Necessary only".

7. Revision

Consent revision dated 2026-10-05. That date is stored with your enquiry, together with the time of submission. The processing is described in detail in the personal data processing policy (privacy policy).
