Personal data processing policy
We collect exactly what we need in order to reply. Below: what that is, why, and how to have it removed.
Revision of 2026-09-29
1. Who processes your data
The data controller is Modern Recuperation Technologies LLC (STR LLC) ("we"), address: Office 7, 1 Yuzhnaya St., Kuchino microdistrict, Balashikha, Moscow Region, 143981, Russia.
This document explains what we learn about you through stitex.ru and stitex.com, why we need it, how long we keep it and what you can require from us. It is published under Article 18.1(2) of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data.
It is written so that you can check us against it. If the site behaves differently from what is described here, that is a fault on our side — please tell us at info@stitex.com.
2. What we receive
When you send an enquiry through a form on the site, we receive what you typed:
- your name, as you wrote it;
- your email address;
- your phone number, if you chose to leave one — that field is optional;
- the area you selected and the text of your message.
Along with the enquiry we automatically store the IP address it was sent from and the address of the page you were on. We need the IP address to tell people from programs and to limit automated submissions; under Russian law it also counts as personal data, which is why we say so plainly.
If you use the free site check, we receive the address of the site being checked. Your email is requested separately, and only if you choose to receive the detailed findings.
Through the Yandex.Metrica counter we receive anonymised information about your visit: device and browser type, where you came from, which pages you opened and how you moved through them. Session recording (Webvisor) is enabled: it records on-page activity such as mouse movement, scrolling and clicks. Metrica uses its own cookies.
We do not collect special categories of personal data (health, beliefs and the like) and do not ask you for them.
3. Why we need it
We use the data from your enquiry for exactly what you left it for:
- to answer you;
- to prepare a quote or proposal in response to your request;
- to conclude and perform a contract, if we get that far.
Metrica data tells us which pages people read and which they open and immediately close, so that we can fix what is inconvenient.
We do not use your data for mailings you did not ask for, and we do not pass it to third parties for advertising.
4. Legal basis
The basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(1) of 152-FZ). You give it by a deliberate act: ticking the box under the form before sending. Without that tick the form does not submit.
Where a contract is in place between us, processing of the data needed to perform it also rests on Article 6(1)(5).
5. How we handle it
Processing is carried out both by automated means and without them. Enquiry data is stored in a database on our server; it is accessible to those of our people who need it for their work.
The server running the site and holding the enquiry database is located in the Russian Federation, in St Petersburg. This satisfies Article 18(5) of 152-FZ, which requires personal data of Russian citizens to be recorded and stored in databases located in Russia.
A notification of each enquiry also reaches us by Telegram and work email — these are internal channels with no other recipients.
Data collected by the counter is processed by the operator of the Yandex.Metrica service on its own terms.
We do not transfer personal data across borders.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as we are working on it, and after that no longer than three years — a period matching the general limitation period, which lets us reconstruct the history of the discussion if we have to return to it.
If you withdraw consent earlier, we delete the data within thirty days, except what we are required by law to retain: documents relating to a performed contract, for instance, are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules prescribe.
Retention periods for Metrica data are set by its operator.
7. What you can require from us
Under Articles 14 and 20 of 152-FZ you have the right to:
- find out whether we process your data, and what exactly;
- have it corrected if it is inaccurate, or deleted if it was obtained unlawfully or is no longer needed for the stated purpose;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without giving reasons;
- complain about our actions to Roskomnadzor or to a court.
To exercise any of these, write to info@stitex.com or to Office 7, 1 Yuzhnaya St., Kuchino microdistrict, Balashikha, Moscow Region, 143981, Russia. No special form is needed — a letter that lets us identify you is enough. We reply within thirty days.
Withdrawing consent does not make unlawful what was done before it, and does not cancel obligations that had already arisen for us by law.
8. Turning the counter off
You can stop Yandex.Metrica collecting data using your browser: block cookies for this site, or use an extension that blocks counters. The site keeps working — the forms and the site check do not depend on the counter.
9. How we protect the data
The site runs over a secure protocol, server access is key-based, and the database is not reachable from the internet directly. The forms are protected against automated submission, and we do not switch that protection off for convenience.
We deliberately do not publish the full list of measures here: a detailed description of a defence helps whoever intends to get around it. We do provide such information on a reasoned request from the competent authority.
10. Changes
The current revision is dated 2026-09-29. A new revision takes effect when it is published on this page. The revision date is recorded in the consent you give, so it is always clear what you agreed to.
