The first months — with a dedicated manager
The AI is not launched “as is” and left unattended. For the first 1–3 months a dedicated manager runs your process: tunes the system to you, checks every result and fixes mistakes — while the AI learns on your real data in parallel. Nothing goes live without a human in control.

Where your data is stored
Contracts hold trade secrets and personal data, so by default the AI Lawyer runs on a local model inside your perimeter. When a complex analysis calls for a top-tier model, the request goes through two-stage cleansing: rules and dictionaries strip out names, registration details, amounts, and company names, then a local model double-checks the text for anything missed. Only a de-identified fragment leaves the perimeter, and the answer is reassembled inside it.

Can AI replace a lawyer?
No — and it shouldn't. The AI Lawyer takes over the routine: first-pass review, version comparison, searching the archive, drafting standard documents. The decision and the responsibility stay with a human lawyer, who now spends time on the contested points instead of proofreading every clause.
How accurately does it find risks?
On standard contracts — supply, services, lease, works — accuracy is high, because it's tuned to your documents and your position. We always run your archive of past contracts through it and reconcile the findings with your lawyer before going live.
Where do our contracts end up?
With an on-premise install, nowhere at all — everything is processed inside your perimeter. If you run on our infrastructure, it's physically located in Russia, and sensitive data is masked before any external call.
Does it screen counterparties?
Yes: registry status, signs of liquidation or bankruptcy, disqualification of the director, mass-registration address. It's the standard pre-deal check that's normally done by hand.
How long does deployment take?
Two to four weeks: a week to load your practice and configure the rules, then a test run on your archive and fine-tuning. A simple 'upload a contract, get the analysis' setup we can launch in a few days.
